A few things to know

THE LITTLE DETAILS

Good to know.

Before you make yourself at home.

Can I download Codexgram?

Codexgram is currently for testing. This page previews the experience; it does not provide a public app-store download or open registration. Existing testers should use the build provided to them.

Who can see what I share?

Profiles, posts, comments and stories are visible to signed-in members. Following someone shapes your Home feed; it is not a privacy setting. Real conversations are limited to their participants through the app, with messages stored on the backend rather than end-to-end encrypted.

What can I post?

One photo up to 10 MiB, or an MP4/MOV video up to 30 seconds and 50 MiB, with an optional caption. You can also share a photo story for 24 hours. One MiB is 1,048,576 bytes; the app labels these limits “MB.”

Are the people in these previews real?

The previews include fictional profiles, posts and engagement. Demo chats are local simulations. Real messaging supports text; photo attachments, calls, online status and recipient read indicators shown in the montage are not live messaging features.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Delete Account starts deletion of your Codexgram account and associated content. It also removes entire conversations for both participants. Processing happens in stages, and a limited deletion record remains. See the deletion terms for details.

A little more you.
A little more connected.
